Found it wiyh miss_shady in the morning. Actually was the quickest and easiest find in a looong way. Hope the guy mowing the grass won't spot it.

Note: I wonder what real value does this cache bring to the game and to the players, by being "premium only"...

Found it with miss_shady. After finding it, we just couldn't stop ouraelves laughing. :-)
And then had to explain my mom what was so funny.

This time we came the other way. Perhaps we missed a clue. But still. A very nice and quiet and clean looking patch of green.
I think I woukd strongly recommend walking on the grass here.

First we came from the north and read some older hint. But then we stood corrected, but still read the map wrong. In the end miss_shady grabbed the box directly.

Nice park. Good to see a park without rubber mat pavement. Tftc.

Note: cache in good condition. Look at spoiler picture, cache may be a bit covered by nature (dirt), but it is there, just under a small stone.
