Birthday caching. Cache is fine. Left a geokrety, it is a different kind of trackable that has to be logged on a different website...it's a piece of paper and I put it in with the log.

So, the muggle was BeatleJeff. XD

He handed the container off to me. Solved while Nemo was in Barnes and Noble. Then a Fairfax Water truck and a delivery truck arrived to hang out at gz. Juuust. Grrreatttt. They did eventually leave and the cache was returned to it's home with no witnesses. All is well.

Dragging Nemo along, I went to work early so I could leave early and we could both attend. Had my eye on the watercolor markers yesterday, but I almost brought 2 canisters of wet wipes or a 5 pack of garden gloves (for CITOs, yo) instead.

The only dessert in this restaurant...was the candy Zippy got from the gift exchange. I have a brother that would have stolen my gift when I was little if he knew it was something that I liked (guy is 12 year older than me), nice to see people being kind to kids in a gift exchange. One year my birthday ice cream had a huuuuuge chunk of chocolate in it, of course he wouldn't even share with the little birthday girl. I don't understand being jerkish to young kids.

Wow! Nice turnout for a damp morning. 8-9 timed well with the lull in rain. Thanks for coming, if I tried to clean this load out of the park by myself, it would have taken 10 trips.

Day trip. Freezing morning, chilly day, and with the setting sun it is getting colder again. Cache is fine.

Now to find dinner and be warmed through for awhile before we head home. Brrr!

Today's jaunt was Prince William Forest Park and Locust Shade. Brisk day, but I assume it will only get colder...

Seemed like a good day to clear out Prince William Forest Park. We have a pass, so no entrance fee for us. Brisk morning, slightly less brisk after noon. Now we are in this park for a bit, but the hours are ticking away. Planning to end the day with the Woodbridge event.

Ta-da! #11,500. Cache is fine. Nicely done. Saving 3 traditionals for another day when we have coordinates for the Reediologist. I had them, but they got wiped at some point when I got a new phone. I think I refreshed before ever uploading the coords, so whoosh, buh-bye.
