Wschodni Szlak Rowerowy Green Velo to ponad 2000 km specjalnie wytyczonej trasy, doposażonej w dodatkową infrastrukturę. Prowadzi on przez najciekawsze zakątki północno-wschodniej Polski. Szlak przebiega przez obszar pięciu województw: warmińsko-mazurskiego (ok. 420 km), podlaskiego (ok. 592 km), lubelskiego (ok. 351 km), podkarpackiego (ok. 428 km) i świętokrzyskiego (ok. 190 km).
Na trasie powstały MORy czyli Miejsca Obsługi Rowerzystów i MPRy czyli Miejsca Przyjazne Rowerzystom (obiekty noclegowe, gastronomiczne, atrakcje turystyczne, centra informacji turystycznej oraz inne obiekty, które posiadają w swojej ofercie usługi dedykowane rowerzystom).
Obszar, przez który prowadzi ten długi szlak podzielony został na dwanaście krain – tzw. Królestw Rowerowych. Każde z Królestw posiada niepowtarzalny zestaw lokalnych atrakcji, do których dotrzeć można korzystając z dostępnych szlaków rowerowych.

Odpocznij więc sobie u nas w m. Krzywe, przy Gminnym Ośrodku Kultury – właśnie wspólnie tworzymy tu kolejny MPR. To brama do Wigierskiego Parku Narodowego.

The Green Velo East of Poland Cycling Trail is more than 2,000 km of a specially marked route, equipped with additional infrastructure. It leads through the most interesting parts of Northern and Eastern Poland. The trail runs through five voivodeships: Warmińsko-Mazurskie (about 420 km), Podlaskie (about 592 km), Lubelskie (about 351 km), Podkarpackie (about 428 km) and Świętokrzyskie (about 190 km).
On the route you will find numerous MORs, that is Places of Service for Cyclists and MPRs, which means Places Friendly for Cyclists (accommodation, food, tourist attractions, tourist information centres and other facilities that offer services dedicated to cyclists).
The area, through which this long trail leads, is divided into twelve lands - the so-called Bike Kingdoms. Each of the Kingdoms has a unique set of local attractions, which can be reached using the available bicycle routes.
