At Pantai Eye On Beach, people come to play Frisbee or Kite. It is not far from Jonker, so should be okay for you to reach by foot, bike or car.
A few years ago, this place used to have a big Ferris Wheel, but unfortunately it has been shut down permanently.
The Cache itself is hidden at the given coordinates, not far from the beach. Please hide it back exactly, like you have found it, making sure it will survive for lots of other geocachers. Not too much muggles here, but still proceed with caution. You might bring a mosquito repellent. Happy Geocaching.
