Trojrohé pleso (1611 m n.m.) sa nachádza na úpätí Žeruchovskej kopy v doline Bielych plies, ktorá oddeľuje Belianske Tatry od západnej časti Vysokých Tatier. Podobne ako z neďalekého Bieleho plesa sa nám aj tu ponúkajú výhľady na okolité vrcholy.
Hĺbka plesa je maximálne 1,2 m a jeho rozloha je cca 0,170 ha a pretože zarastá rašelinou, postupne sa zmenšuje. Názov dostalo podľa svojho tvaru, kde rašelinové brehy tvoria výrazné tri rohy. V jeho blízkosti sa nachádzajú aj ďalšie malé vodné plochy, ktoré zatiaľ nestihli úplne zarásť.
K plesu je možné sa dostať celoročne (aj počas sezónnej uzávery) - no pod snehom si ho tak nevychutnáte, ako keď sneh nie je.
Trojrohe pleso/Triangular tarn (1611 m.a.s.l.) is located at the foot of Zeruchova kopa in the valley of Biele plesa/White tarns which separates Belianske Tatry/White Tatras (limestone part of Tatras) and the west part of High Tatras (granite). The views of surrounding peaks are very similar to the ones you have from Biele pleso/White tarn which lies near by.
This tarn is 1,2m max deep and it cover area about 0.170 ha and it is getting smaller due to growing turf. The name of this tarn is taken from its shape where tarn banks create three distinctive corners. There are a few more small water areas around this tarn that were not overtaken by turf yet.
