Geocache Description:

Pyramus and Thisbe were lovers it would seem

In a Shakespeare play 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.

So a play in a play that may make you think

There is some kind of clue with a wall and a chink?

There are several ways to get to this cache but the easiest is to go to the North Quarter at the back of the old town.

There you will find the ruins of the gate of Hermes and Charites.

Follow the track East up the hill and through the shade of the trees.

Just before the brow of the hill the chapel can be seen on your left.

The cache is a traditional plastic box with a log book.

There is room for small swaps.

While you are at the chapel take a picture of yourself between the two Gothic pillars which I have nick named 'Pyramus and Thisbe'.

Post your picture on this site when you log your find.

This cache is located just outside the confines of the chapel.

Please respect visitors to the chapel as you search for the cache.

The container is almost in open view so there is no need to search in any chinks for this easy find.

You can then take the steps down to the bar and beach at the bottom of the hill on your return or carry on up the track to the Ancient Theatre.

Small note on cache maintenance:
