The cache is on an excellent viewpoint with views over Corralejo to Los Lobos and Lanzarote.
The walk is suitable wearing trainers and for children but like many walks on the islands watch where you step because of the loose rocks.
The easiest route up should start from here N 28° 42.308 W 013° 52.442
The cache has had to be well hidden. A local man is obsessed with building cairns on the volcano, there are at least twenty of them so it is unsuitable just to hide the cache under a pile of rocks. You will almost certainly need the hint, congratulations to anybody who finds the cache without it.
The cache is quite small.
