Lasek Legowski - zlokalizowany jest w Nowej Hucie, jednej z dzielnic Krakowa. Polozony jest na terenach miedzy ul. Wiklinowa a ul. Niepokalanej Marii Panny, równolegle do Wisly. Jest to jeden z dwóch obszarów lesnych na terenie Nowej Huty. Drugi z nich to Lasek Mogilski, do którego równiez serdecznie zapraszamy (znajduje sie tam nasza skrytka Lesna kapliczka).
Lasek Legowski obecnie stanowi fragmenty pierwotnych lasów legowych Ficario-ulmetum. Wiedzie przez niego 5,5 km trasa rowerowa. Lasek stanowi ognisko róznorodnosci biotycznej, a ekolodzy postuluja o utrzymanie lasku w niezmienionej formie (bez ingerowania w jego obecny stan).
Spacerujac po lasku mozna napotkac biegajace sarny i zajace oraz posluchac pieknego spiewu ptaków – fragment natury posród miasta.

Legowski Forest - is located in Nowa Huta, one of the districts in Cracow. It is situated on land between the Wiklinowa Street and the Niepokalanej Marii Panny Street, parallel to the Vistula. This is one of the two forest areas in Nowa Huta. The second one is Mogilski Forest, which also are welcome (there is our cache Lesna kapliczka / Forest chapel).
Legowski Forest is now the primary fragments of riparian forests Ficario-Ulmetum. It passes through the 5.5 km bicycle path. Wood is a fireplace biotically diversity, and environmentalists call for the maintenance of forest in its original form (without interfering in its current state).
Walking around the forest you may encounter while running deer and hares, and listen to the beautiful singing of birds - a fragment of nature in the midst of the city.
