[PL] Symboliczna mogila zolnierza AK w Lesie Kabackim
[EN] Symbolic grave of Home Army solder in the Kabaty Woods
[PL] W latach 1943-1944 Las Kabacki byl miejscem schronienia róznych grupy partyzanckich, oraz teren cwiczen oddzialów AK, glównie tajnych podchorazówek. W czasie powstania warszawskiego, miedzy 16 a 20 sierpnia, teren lasu byl miejscem gdzie koncentrowaly sie, skad atakowaly i odbieraly bron zrzutowa oddzialy AK zgrupowania "Grzymaly". W wyniku starc ze stacjonujacymi w okolicy (m.in. w Wilanowie, Wolicy ) oddzialami niemieckimi, smierc ponioslo kilkunastu zolnierzy. Jeden z nich zostal pochowany w prostej mogile, przy jednej z lesnych sciezek. Po wojnie jego prochy przeniesiono do kwatery na cmentarzy Powazkowskim, a sam grób pozostal jako symboliczne miejsce pamieci.
Kesz - maly plastikowy pojemniczek, zostal schowany pomiedzy korzeniami jednej z rosnacych w poblizu mogily brzóz.
[EN] In years 1943-1944 Kabaty Woods, was a place of refuge for the various guerrilla groups, and branches of the Home Army training area - mostly undercover officer cadet school. During the Warsaw Uprising, between 16 and 20 August, the area of the woods was the place where concentrated, attacked and reclaim the weapon Damping the Home Army troops from regrouping "Grzymala. As a result of clashes with stationed in the vicinity (eg in Wilanow Wolica) German troops, a dozen soldiers, were killed. One of them was buried in a simple grave, at one of the forest paths. After the war, his remains were moved to quarters at Powazki cemetery and the tomb remained as a symbolic memorial.
Cache - a small plastic compartment was hidden between the roots of one of birches, growing on the near the grave.
