About this spot:

The Monument to the Victims of December 1970 was unveiled in December 17th 1993 - on the Polish worker's massacre anniversary. The monument has the shape of the cross and his arms consist of a small crosses forming the whole. It symbolizes the sacrifices borne by the inhabitants of Gdynia to regain freedom in 1970.
