Oryginalnie kesz został założony przez gracza Szym86. Ponieważ Szym86 jest już graczem nieaktywnym, postanowiliśmy objąć opieką kilka jego starych keszy i zachować je na toruńskiej mapie. Zachowujemy kesze z oryginalnym opisem założyciela, z trudnością D/T i opisem założyciela. Nowe logbooki mają oryginalną szatę graficzną także stworzoną przez niego.
The surrounding lakes and ponds are created as a result of peat exploitation. The layers appear in several places west of Torun. The story of their origin dates back to World War II, during which the peat was used as fuel. There are also information that the Germans used it to build the airport, strengthening the loose dune sands. Trekking around the lakes gives us the opportunity to observe rare animals and plants.Local nature is enriched with new components- water and coastal species, both flora and fauna. Depending on water level and the distance from the shore, we see the various systems of vegetation.
I hid 14 treasures, but most of them are buried or are to close to each other. I couldn't register here on GC. Cache number 2 is under a tree, which grows near water (opposite side. Cache is covered only by moss and leaves.)
NOTE: Instead of tree there is a stump. Tree has been cut but geocache is OK.
