An easy drive-by cache. Parking is available in the lay-by opposite. This a popular dog-walking area so, some degree of stealth may be required
The nearby observatory is owned and operated by the Huddersfield Astronomical Society. The building stands on the former site of a WWII Observer Corps post.
Also within a stones throw of the cache is the Crosland Hill Trig point which can be found at approx N53 37.343 W1 50.446 .
The views from up here aren't too bad either.
The original cache was muggled within just few days of being released. This replacement has therefore been moved to a completely new hide.
You're looking for a 5" x 3" x 2.5" decon.
This shouldn't be a tricky find but, if you find yourselves in 'muggle central' the hint is a real spoiler.
