Geocache Description:

Visit a little known park that overlooks the busy commercial neighborhood of Factoria, Washington and the junction of the I-90 and I-405 freeways.

From Wikipedia:
Factoria is a neighborhood in the southern part of Bellevue, Washington and is one of the city's major commercial districts. It is located south of Downtown Bellevue and directly west of Eastgate, Washington.

Cache is a lock-n-lock suitable for trading items and other loot. Geocaching pin for the FTF.

Note: the cache cannot be reached from the highway on-ramp so please don't try.
